Born and raised in Fayetteville, NC, he began his music career at the age of seven after being inspired by his rapper father, poet mother and Tupac’s Me Against the World album. After desiring a unique sound to help forge his own niche in music, began producing at the age of fourteen. Since then to date, Vinnie-Dangerous has opened for rapper CyHi The Prynce in 2013, been a two-time nominee at the Carolina Music Awards (2014 Best New Artist, 2015 Best Hip-Hop Male), and been featured by notable music sites like Music Villain, The Dope Show, VladTV and more.
Over the past five years, Vinnie-Dangerous has been releasing various music projects have all received critical acclaim. Starting with 2015’s collaboration EP “Life In A Day” with producer Tyler Vanderstaay, he has released a string of critical acclaimed projects along with the self-produced self-affirming “Yes I Am A Dreamer” EP and the powerful, inspirational Dream To Escape Hell LP in 2018 as his latest release.
Along with spreading a positive underling message in his music, he is focused on giving back. Specifically, with using his passion for music to help with raising awareness and donation for Lupus Awareness Month in May when he created the annual event Hip-Hop Against Lupus in 2016.
